13. Apple App Store Terms In addition to these Terms, your use of the App must comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple is not responsible for any maintenance or support services related to the App.

14. In-App Purchases Certain features or content may require payment. All purchases made through the App are processed by Apple and are subject to their payment terms and conditions. Refunds are governed by Apple’s policies.

15. No Waiver Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
